For over a decade, I was part of the core team at Coaches Console — handling everything from member support and launch operations to cross-team coordination and platform troubleshooting. I wasn't just answering tickets. I was the person everyone came to when things needed to get done, communicated clearly, and not fall through the cracks.

When the opportunity came to take that experience and bring it directly to entrepreneurs building their own businesses, it felt like a natural next step. That's how Stephanie's Magic Behind the Scenes was born.

I'm Stephanie, your behind-the-scenes secret weapon — a calm-in-the-storm pro who helps fast-moving businesses bring order to chaos. With a versatile background in technical support, client success, and project coordination, I’m skilled at bridging the gap between strategy and execution. When things get messy, confusing, or downright overwhelming, I’m often the go-to person to bring clarity and get things moving.

Off the clock, you’ll usually find me lost in a book, in the workshop crafting something hands-on, solving puzzles (the literal kind), cheering for Alabama Football, or spending time with my dogs, family, and friends.
